Our bags are crafted by skilled artisans in Indonesia and India. Each piece is handwoven from durable Ata grass, native to Indonesia, and smoked over coconut husks to achieve a rich caramel color. The embroidery, beading, and gemstone embellishments are added by artisans in Mumbai, using high-quality European and Indian materials.
2. How do I care for my bag?
To keep your bag looking its best, we recommend cleaning it with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Avoid exposure to excessive moisture and direct sunlight, as this can alter the color and texture of the natural materials.
3. Are your bags eco-friendly?
Yes! Sustainability is at the heart of our brand. Our bags are crafted from Ata grass, a natural and renewable resource. We work closely with artisans to ensure fair wages and ethical working conditions, supporting traditional craftsmanship and a more mindful approach to luxury fashion.

5. What makes your bags unique?
Our bags are produced in very limited editions, with exclusive Swarovski-embroidered appliqués and select pieces featuring gemstone-adorned handles and straps. This ensures that each bag is a one-of-a-kind accessory that reflects the elegance of Palm Beach and the artistry of our skilled artisans.
6. Can I request a custom or personalized design?
Currently, we do not offer custom or personalized designs, as our bags are crafted in exclusive, limited editions. However, we release new styles periodically, so keep an eye on our collection for unique pieces that resonate with you.
7. What is your return policy?
We have a 15-day return policy. You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase. For detailed information, please refer to our [Return Policy page].
8. Do you offer international shipping?

9. How long does shipping take?
We offer three shipping options within the United States:
- Economy (5-8 business days): $15.00
- Standard (3-4 business days): $17.00
