Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, our return policy is here to help.
1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For items purchased online, returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@pimentallc.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Items shipped back without prior authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return or exchange.
2. RETURN SHIPPING
If your item was shipped in error, or if it’s being returned/exchanged due to defects or damage, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label. For items returned/exchanged for other reasons, the return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
3. ELIGIBLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Clearance items
- Final Sale items
- Perishable goods
- Special-Order items
- Custom Products
- Gift Cards
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange at management’s discretion if the item does not meet the criteria stated in this policy.
4. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
All returned items, except those that arrived damaged, must be "open box" but unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including any tags or labels.
5. FORM OF PAYMENT
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue store credit at our discretion.
6. RESTOCKING FEE
To cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking certain items, a restocking fee of 15% (or the maximum amount permitted by law) may be applied to returns, except for items returned due to defects or damage. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount where permitted by state law.
